ADELAIDE

1. AUG reserves the right to admit or refuse entry to any person at any time;
2. Strictly NO photography allowed around and within the premise of the event;
3. All materials used are for promotional purposes only;
4. AUG shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained as a direct or indirect result of the event;
5. AUG shall have the final decision and reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Any further correspondence shall not be entertained;
6. AUG collects personal information for the use within AUG only. All information is treated Private and Confidential;
7. By attending AUG Adelaide StudyFest 2022, the attendees agree to AUG Copyright, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer;
8. Strictly NO outside food / drink to be consumed at the Event;
9. Face masks (covering mouth and nose) are recommended while attending the AUG Adelaide StudyFest 2022;
10. Do not enter the venue if you feel unwell or have any of the COVID-19 symptoms;
11. AUG Australia is following strict measures in accordance with the Australian Government and World Health Organization (WHO) to protect the health of the Australian public, including University students and staff and our own AUG team, from this novel coronavirus infection. All exhibitors, staff and attendees are encouraged to vaccinate before attending the Expo;
12. By attending AUG Adelaide StudyFest 2022, the attendees agree to follow AUG measures to protect the health of the Australian public, including but not limited to being checked for temperature and travel history at check-in.

Application Fee Waived

1. Students must apply on StudyFest day to receive the promotions;
2. Application fee will be waived by the participating institutions to eligible students who lodge complete applications during the AUG Adelaide StudyFest 2022;
3. Final decisions of waiving application fee are to be made by the institutions, not by AUG Adelaide;
4. AUG shall have the final decision and reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Any further correspondence shall not be entertained.

Seminars

1. AUG and seminar organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone;
2. Strictly NO photography or recording allowed in the Seminar room;
3. All seminars are free to attend to anyone;
4. Seminar contents only represent seminar presenter’s personal opinions, do not represent AUG’s. AUG shall not be liable for any content mistakes;
5. AUG shall have the final decision and reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Any further correspondence shall not be entertained.

Free Migration Consultation

1. Free 1-to-1 Migration Consultations are available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM on the day of AUG Adelaide StudyFest 2022, Friday, 12^th August 2022.

AUG Adelaide StudyFest 2022 Prizes

Terms and Conditions for AUG Adelaide StudyFest 2022 Pre-Registration Gifts:

Pre-Event on WeChat

1. All international students who register AUG Adelaide StudyFest 2022 from 22^nd July 2022 to 9:00 AM 12^th August 2022 and join mini game on WeChat;
2. Students must provide their screenshot / photo of registration confirmation of the AUG Adelaide StudyFest 2022;
3. Students must remark “How do you know about us?” by answering in the blank field as “WeChat” or any type of wording that AUG Staff can recognise student knows this promotion from WeChat platform;
4. The prizes will be available to collect at AUG Adelaide StudyFest 2022 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. After this, if the student does not show up, the prizes will be dismissed
5. Each student is entitled to join one (1) time only;
6. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods and services.

Terms and Conditions for AUG Adelaide StudyFest 2022 Redemption Gifts:

Redemption Gift

1. All international students who register and attend AUG Adelaide StudyFest 2022 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Friday, 12^th August 2022;
2. Students have to collect points by talking / visiting the institutions booth or talk to AUG counsellors to get the points; collect as many points as you can to redeem a bigger prize;
3. All the point cards will be randomly selected;
4. Student will have only one (1) time to randomly pick the point card after they finish consultation with the exhibitor/counsellor;
5. Student is not allowed to use more than one (1) point card from one booth to exchange for the gift, except the pre-event point cards (eg. Student has two (2) cards from Tafe SA, he/she only allow to use one (1) card from Tafe SA);
6. The prizes are redeemable at AUG Adelaide StudyFest’s Redemption Table from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. After the event, if the student does not show up, the points will be invalid to redeem a gift after 6:00 PM (12/08/2022);
7. The student are eligible to use multiple point card from pre-event of AUG Adelaide StudyFest 2022 to exchange for the gift;
8. The points to redeem for a gift has to follow the “Points Redemption Board” at the Redemption table of AUG Adelaide StudyFest 2022;
9. Each student is entitled to redeem one (1) time and one (1) gift only;
10. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods and services.

Terms and Conditions for AUG Adelaide StudyFest 2022 Course Application Gifts:

Application Gift

1. All international High School students (Year 12) who provide South Australia Certificate of Education (SACE) login details and sign AUG Authorisation form are eligible for one Application Gift;
2. Students who apply to any institutions on AUG Adelaide StudyFest Day (12^th August 2022) with complete nomination form OR complete documents will be eligible for one Application Gift per student*;
3. This promotion is only applicable to international sStudents. Limited to one (1) Application Gift per international student;
4. Student must apply for courses from universities / TAFEs / Colleges (not including CPA and ELICOS courses) on StudyFest Day with complete nomination form OR complete documents to be eligible for the Application Gift;
5. If students do not have complete documents on the Day of the Event, they must bring complete documents to AUG Adelaide office within the next one (1) week from the Day of the Expo (e.g. 12^th August – 19^th August 2022) to redeem the Application Gift;
6. No cash or other services alternative to the Application Gift will be given.

Terms and Conditions for AUG Adelaide StudyFest 2022 Course Acceptance Gifts:

A$300 Scholarship

1. Students must apply on AUG Adelaide StudyFest 2022 to receive the promotion;
2. A$300 Scholarship will only be given upon accepting your offer letter for further studies after completion of current studies. The unconditional offer letter must be from an application submitted on AUG Adelaide StudyFest Day (12^th August 2022);
3. Student will need to present the Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) letter to AUG Adelaide upon redemption;
4. Students who apply and accept the offer for courses from universities (not including TAFEs / Colleges, CPA, and ELICOS courses) on StudyFest 2022 Day with complete documents will be eligible for the A$300 Scholarship;
5. The A$300 Scholarship cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods and services;
6. This promotion is only applicable to international students. Limited to one (1) A$300 Scholarship per international student;
7. The applied course must be 24 weeks and above in duration. Any courses which are shorter in duration will not be counted;
8. The applied course tuition fees must be A$5,000 and above in total;
9. Package offer will only receive one (1) A$300 Scholarship;
10. A$300 Scholarship will not be given on AUG Adelaide StudyFest Day; it will be presented once student accepted the offer;
11. Application before or after the StudyFest Day will not be eligible with this promotion;
12. A$300 Scholarship will be giving out after institution’s census date.

Terms and Conditions for AUG Adelaide StudyFest 2022 Tax Return Service:

A$22 Discount Voucher on Tax Return Service

1. All international students who register and attend AUG Adelaide StudyFest 2022 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Friday, 12^th August 2022;
2. For international students and working holiday makers only;
3. The student eligible for this service must have annual income equal / less than A$23,365;
4. This voucher is valid for the Financial Year 2021/22 tax return only;
5. This voucher is redeemable for one (1) person;
6. This voucher is can only be redeemed at AUG Adelaide, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM;
7. This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash;
8. This voucher cannot be:
   • replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged;
   • Used in conjunction with any other offer.
9. AUG shall have the final decision and reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Any further correspondence shall not be entertained.

Terms and Conditions for AUG Adelaide StudyFest 2022 Grand Prize:

A$500 Flight Voucher

1. Students must submit the Lucky Draw tickets to enter the Lucky Draw at the StudyFest 2022;
2. Students can collect points to exchange for the Lucky Draw ticket at the redemption table on the Event day; ten (10) points can exchange for one (1) Lucky Draw ticket of the Flight Voucher;
3. All Lucky Draw tickets will be random selected**;
4. Students can have more than one (1) entry, the more tickets that you have, the higher chance you can win;
5. This promotion is only applicable to international students. Only one (1) prize will be presented;
6. No cash alternative to the prize will be given;
7. AUG shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained that may have resulted from this promotion and event;
8. AUG collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and to process promotion entries. All information is treated Private and Confidential;

**Students who attend AUG Adelaide StudyFest 2022 and enter Lucky Draw will stand a chance to win the Grand Prize. One (1) luckiest person will be announced by AUG Adelaide within two (2) weeks after the AUG Adelaide StudyFest 2022. Students have to collect the prize at AUG Adelaide office within August 2022.
**Students who apply for courses from universities / TAFEs / colleges (not including CPA and ELICOS courses) on StudyFest 2022 Day with complete documents will receive two (2) extra tickets to enter the draw.

3. Strictly NO commercialized photography is allowed around and within the premise of the StudyFest;

Application Fee Waiver

1. Application fee will be waived by the participating institutions to eligible students who lodge complete further studies applications during the AUG Brisbane StudyFest 2022;
2. To be eligible, students must on the Day (9^th August 2022):
   • Submitted their completed application form;
   • Provided all required certified documents;
   • Have their application verified by AUG Brisbane staff.
3. Final decisions of waiving application fee(s) are to be made by the institutions, not AUG Brisbane.

Pre-Register Milk Tea Voucher

1. The student will achieve one (1) milk tea voucher (A$5) if the student is the first 100 registered;
2. Milk Tea vouchers must be collected on 9^th August 2022;
3. The first 100 students are based on the AUG Registration list.

StudyFest Lucky Draw Prizes for International Students

1. Students who pre-register and attend AUG Brisbane StudyFest 2022 are eligible to get a StudyFest Passport;
2. Students can attend the Lucky Draw only after collected siz (6) stamps;
3. Students can collect stamps from these ways:
   • Collect one (1) stamp if you attended any AUG Brisbane Pre-StudyFest event (e.g. Movie Night, A$2 Milk Tea Giveaway);
   • Collect up to four (4) stamps if you participated in any AUG Brisbane StudyFest games on the Day;
   • Collect one (1) stamp if you attended one of the StudyFest seminars on the Day;
   • Collect one (1) stamp if you asked questions to any exhibitors on the Day.
4. This promotion is only applicable to international students. Limited to one (1) random Lucky Draw prize per international student;
5. Every international student must hold a valid student visa and present a student ID to collect the random Lucky Draw prize;
6. Lucky Draw prizes include:

If the attendee has traveled outside Australia in the last 7 days, the attendee is required to show proof of negative test result and being fully vaccinated;
10. By attending AUG Melbourne StudyFest 2022, the attendees agree to follow AUG measures to protect the health of the Australian public, including but not limited to being checked for temperature, proof of vaccination, and travel history at check-in.

Machi-Machi Drink

1. Students must pre-register online and attend AUG Melbourne StudyFest 2022 physically to receive one (1) free drink;
2. Each student is entitled to one (1) drink;
3. Limited stock is available;
4. No cash alternative will be given.

Application Fee Waived

1. Application fees may be waived by participating institutions to be eligible students who lodge complete application during AUG Melbourne StudyFest 2022;
2. To be eligible, students must apply on the day (5^th August 2022):
   • Submit their completed application form;
   • Provide all required document(s);
   • Have their application verified by AUG Melbourne staff.

One-on-One Migration Consultation

1. Free migration consultations are available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM on the Day of the AUG Melbourne StudyFest 2022;
2. Consultations will be done on a first-come-first-served basis;
3. AUG reserves the right to determine the duration of time each student is allowed per consultation, subject to conditions on the Day.

Lucky Draw Prize on AUG Melbourne StudyFest 2022

1. Students must register and join AUG Melbourne StudyFest 2022 physically on the event date (5^th August 2022);
2. The prizes include:
   • 1^st A$500 Flight Voucher;
   • 2^nd Apple AirPods;
   • 3^rd Uncle Roger Ticket;
   • 4^th Google Home Mini.
3. Lucky Draw is only eligible for international students who attend the AUG Melbourne StudyFest 2022;
4. Lucky Draw will start at 2:30 PM, 3:30 PM, 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM. Each session will announce one (1) winner and give out one (1) special Lucky Draw gift;
5. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash or other prizes;
6. Entrants into the Lucky Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions;

   • Visit any booth and talk to a representative (4 stamps);
   • Follow AUG Melbourne WeChat (WeChat ID: augmelbourne) (2 stamps).
2. Students must complete four (4) stamps out of six (6) stamps to receive your Free Royal Melbourne Show Ticket;
3. An eligible student is entitled to one (1) ticket only;
4. AUG shall have the final decision and reserve the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Any further correspondence shall not be entertained;

Application Fees Waivers

3. Upon receiving fee waivers, all applications must be completed and submit application form(s) at the AUG table on StudyFest Day for processing purposes;
4. Final decisions of waiving application fee(s) are to be made by the institutions, not AUG Perth;
5. Credit transfers are subject to individual assessments by respective institutions. AUG merely assists in submitting student record for assessment outcomes;
6. Scholarships are subject to release dates and availability, and are solely decided by the awarding institutions. The award of scholarships and the application process involved depend on individual university criteria. AUG serves as a facilitator and is not involved in the decision-making nor award of any university scholarship;
7. AUG will have the final decision and reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Any further correspondence will not be entertained.

Free Student Visa and Migration Assessment

1. Free migration consultation is available from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM during AUG Perth StudyFest 2022, Friday, 19^th August 2022;
2. Consultations will be done on a first-come-first-served basis;
3. AUG reserves the right to determine the duration of time each student is allowed per consultation, subject to conditions;
4. The views and information are to be delivered solely by our affiliated Migration Agent (Bond and Forsyth Migrations), and it does not necessarily reflect AUG Perth’s views.

StudyFest Passport

1. Pre-register for the AUG Perth StudyFest 2022 or attend Bubble Tea event (+1 stamp);
2. Speak with two representatives (+2 stamps);
3. Like and share Facebook or share article to WeChat moment at the event (+1 stamp);
4. Speak to AUG staff (+1 stamp);
5. Get 4 stamps on your StudyFest Passport to receive one (1) Food Voucher;
6. Get 5 stamps on your StudyFest Passport to play spin wheel once.

Spin-the-Wheel (Lucky Draw) to Win Prizes

1. Students with five (5) stamps are eligible to spin the wheel once;
2. Students must participate in the AUG Perth StudyFest 2022, Friday, 19^th August 2022, from 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM;
3. Limited to one (1) spin per international student;
4. This promotion is only applicable to international students;
5. Where any prize is unavailable for any reason, AUG reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value;
6. AUG will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained that may have resulted from this promotion;

4. Each attendee will only receive one (1) ticket to join in the draw, and each attendee is only entitled to one prize;

6. Where any prize is unavailable for any reason, AUG reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value;
7. Any entrant who enters using multiple email addresses and/or aliases, or otherwise contravenes these Conditions of Entry, will be disqualified;

Only applicants who submit application(s) on the day of StudyFest 2022 will be eligible to receive the Line Friends Passport Cover and Luggage Tag;
3. This promotion is only applicable to international students;
4. The promotion is subject to COVID-19 restrictions;
5. Limited to one (1) Line Friends Passport Cover and one (1) Luggage Tag per international student, regardless of the number of applications submitted;
6. Students must be present themselves to collect the Line Friends Passport Cover and Luggage Tag;
7. No cash alternative to the Line Friends Passport Cover and Luggage Tag will be given;
8. AUG will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained that may have resulted from this promotion;

1. Students must participate in the AUG Perth StudyFest 2022;
2. Students will be eligible for one (1) PopMart Magic Box if he/she applies for any program on the day of StudyFest 2022. Only Chinese applicants who submit application(s) on the day of StudyFest 2022 will be eligible to receive one (1) PopMart Magic Box;
3. This promotion is only applicable to Chinese international students;
4. The promotion is subject to COVID-19 restrictions;
5. Chinese international students can only choose either one (1) PopMart Magic Box or one (1) Line Friends Passport Cover and one (1) Luggage Tag, regardless of the number of applications submitted;
6. Students must be present themselves to collect the PopMart Magic Box;
7. No cash alternative to the PopMart Magic Box will be given;

Application Fee Waiver

1. The application fee will be waived by the participating institutions to eligible students who lodge complete further studies applications during the AUG Sydney StudyFest 2022;
2. To be eligible, students must on the day (13^th August 2022):
   • Submit their completed application form;
   • Provide all required certified documents;
   • Have their application verified by AUG Sydney staff.
3. Final decisions of waiving application fee(s) are to be made by the institutions, not AUG Sydney.

One-to-One Further Stay Visa Assessment

1. Free migration assessment is available from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the day of AUG Sydney StudyFest 2022;
2. Consultations will be done on a first-come-first-served basis;
3. AUG reserves the right to determine the duration of time each student is allowed per consultation, subject to conditions on the Day;
