AUG StudyExpo 2024 Terms and Conditions

ADELAIDE

Wednesday, 14 August 2024 (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM)

1. AUG reserves the right to admit or refuse entry to any person at any time;
2. Strictly no photography allowed around and within the premise of the StudyExpo;
3. All materials used are for promotional purposes only;
4. AUG shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained as a direct or indirect result of the StudyExpo;
5. AUG shall have the final decision and reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any further correspondence shall not be entertained;
6. AUG collects personal information for the use within AUG only. All information is treated Private and Confidential;
7. By attending AUG Adelaide StudyExpo, the attendees agree to AUG Copyright, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer;
8. Strictly no outside food and / drinks to be consumed at the event;
9. Face masks (covering mouth and nose) are optional while attending the AUG Adelaide StudyExpo;
10. Do not enter the venue if you feel unwell or have any of the COVID-19 symptoms;
11. AUG Australia is following strict measures in accordance with the Australian Government and World Health Organization to protect the health of the Australian public, including University students and staff and our own AUG team, from this novel corona virus infection. All exhibitors, staff and attendees are encouraged to be vaccinated before attending the StudyExpo;
12. By attending AUG Adelaide StudyExpo, the attendees agree to follow AUG measures to protect the health of the Australian public, including but not limited to being checked for temperature and travel history at check-in.

Application Fee Waived

1. Students must apply on the StudyExpo day to be eligible for on-the-day promotions;
2. Application fees will be waived by the participating institutions to eligible students who lodge complete further studies applications during the StudyExpo;
3. Upon receiving fee waivers, all applications must complete and submit application form(s) at the AUG table on the StudyExpo day for processing purposes;
4. Final decisions of waiving application fee(s) are to be made by the institutions, not AUG Adelaide;
5. Credit transfers are subject to individual assessments by respective institutions. AUG merely assists in submitting student record for assessment outcomes;
6. Scholarships are subject to release dates and availability, and are solely decided by the awarding institutions. The award of scholarships and the application process involved depend on individual university criteria. AUG serves as a facilitator and is not involved in the decision-making nor award of any university scholarship;
7. AUG will have the final decision and reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any further correspondence will not be entertained.

Seminars

1. AUG and seminar organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone;
2. Strictly no photography, sound recording, or video filming is allowed in the seminar room;
3. All seminars are free to attend to anyone;
4. Seminar contents only represent seminar presenter’s personal opinions, do not represent AUG. AUG shall not be liable for any content mistakes;
5. AUG shall have the final decision and reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any further correspondence shall not be entertained.

AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2024 Prizes

Terms and Conditions for AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2024 Pre-Event Tickets:

1. All students who attended AUG Adelaide monthly event / sponsored event prior to AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2024 are eligible to receive one (1) ticket which is equivalent to one (1) redeemable gift. Events include but not limited to:
   • DIY Workshops at Student Accommodations;
   • Welcome Party;
   • Giveaway Events;
   • High School Gathering;
   • Student Associations’ Events.
2. Each ticket with scratch can be redeemed for a single gift that is indicated on your ticket at AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2024;
3. While stock lasts.

Terms and Conditions for AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2024 Games and Activities on StudyExpo Day:

1. Students who attend AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2024 and talk to a participating institution on the Day of the StudyExpo will receive one (1) stamp per institution to join in activities including:
   • Tarot Reading;
   • Games;
   • DIY Table;
   • Photobooth.
2. Each activity may require different number of stamps to be eligible for entry;
3. Each student can collect multiple stamps to play multiple times in the StudyExpo 2024 by talking to multiple institutions;
4. The maximum number of stamps per student can get during StudyExpo 2024 is six (6);
5. The stamp / ticket cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods and services;
6. While stock lasts.

Terms and Conditions for AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2024 Application Gifts:

1. All International High School Students (Year 12) who provide their SACE details and sign AUG Authorisation form are eligible for one (1) Application Gift;
2. Students who apply to any institutions on AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2024 (14 August 2024) with complete nomination form OR complete documents will be eligible for one (1) Application Gift per student⁺;
3. This promotion is only applicable to International Students. Limited to one (1) Application Gift per International Student;
4. Student must apply for courses from universities / TAFEs / colleges (not including CPA, ELICOS courses) on StudyExpo day with complete nomination form OR complete documents to be eligible for the Application Gift;
5. If students do not have complete documents on the Day of the StudyExpo, they must bring complete documents to AUG Adelaide office within the next one (1) week from the day of the StudyExpo (e.g. 14 August 2024 – 21 August 2024) to redeem the Application Gift;
6. No cash or other services alternative to the Application Gift will be given;
7. While stock lasts.

Terms and Conditions for AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2024 Lucky Draw Prize:

1. All students who physically attend AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2024 will be given one (1) numbered ticket at the registration table;
2. Student must put the numbered ticket into the designated lucky draw box located at the registration table;
3. This promotion is applicable to International Student only and is limited to one (1) lucky draw prize per International Student;
4. Every International Student must hold a valid student visa and present student ID to collect the Lucky Draw Prize;
5. Where any prize is unavailable for any reason, AUG reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value;
6. AUG will have the final decision and reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. Any further correspondence will not be entertained;
7. AUG collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and to process promotion entries. All information is treated as Private and Confidential;
8. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods and services;

1. AUG reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone at any time;
2. The AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2024 and promotions are valid for International Students only. Promotions include:
   • Application Fees Waivers and Institution Representatives Counselling;
   • Free One-to-One Migration Consultation;
   • Free Milk Tea Campaign Teaser Event;
   • Free Prizes during the StudyExpo day.
3. Participants must prove their International Student status by showing either:
   • Current CoE;
   • Current OSHC;
   • Current Student Visa Grant Letter.
4. Strictly no commercialized photography is allowed around and within the premises of the StudyExpo;
5. Strictly no outside food and beverages are allowed in the venue;
6. All materials used are for promotional purposes only;
7. By attending AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2024, the attendees agree to AUG Copyright, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer;
8. AUG shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained that may have resulted from this promotion;
9. AUG collects personal information to conduct the promotion and to process promotion entries. Personal information is collected for use within AUG only. All information is treated as Private and Confidential;
10. AUG shall have the final decision and reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any further correspondence shall not be entertained.

Application Fee Waived

1. University application fees will be waived by the participating institutions for eligible students who lodge complete further studies applications during the AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2024;
2. Up to two application system fees (QTAC / SATAC / UAC / VTAC) will be waived by AUG Brisbane for eligible Year 12 International Students that lodge applications via AUG Brisbane;
3. To be eligible, students must on the Day (13 August 2024):
   • Fill in the AUG Information Form and sign the Authorisation Form;
   • Submit their completed Application Form;
   • Provide all required official documents;
   • Have their application verified by AUG Brisbane staff.
4. Scholarships are subject to release dates and availability and are solely decided by the awarding institutions. The award of scholarships and the application process involved depend on individual university criteria. AUG serves as a facilitator and is not involved in the decision-making nor the award of any university scholarship;
5. Final decisions of waiving application fees are to be made by the institutions, not AUG Brisbane;

Seminars

1. AUG and seminar organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone;
2. Strictly no photography, sound recording, or video filming is allowed in the seminar room;
3. All seminars are free to attend by anyone;
4. Seminar contents only represent the seminar presenter’s personal opinions and do not represent AUG. AUG shall not be liable for any content mistakes. This term is applicable only to guest speakers;

Free 1-on-1 15-minute Migration Consultation Voucher

1. AUG Brisbane offers a Free 1-on-1 15-minute Migration Consultation Voucher to students who have attended the seminar on the StudyExpo day;
2. To be eligible for the voucher:
   • You must have attended at least one migration seminar on the StudyExpo day (13 August 2024);
   • The voucher is redeemable only once per person and can be used only once;
   • The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. The voucher is void if altered or tampered with;
4. AUG reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice;
5. AUG staff recommend that students use the free 15-minute Migration Consultation Voucher during their final year of study to receive the most up-to-date advice from our registered migration agent;
6. The voucher is to be used after the StudyExpo, and an appointment must be made in advance with your three preferred time by emailing brisbane@augstudy.com;
7. The voucher is subject to availability and may be subject to additional Terms and Conditions.

Free Milk Tea Giveaway

1. This promotion is only applicable to International Students. Each student is entitled to only one (1) Milk Tea stop and one (1) drink redemption;
2. Students must be physically present upon redemption of Milk Tea from AUG Brisbane staff and provide a student Visa grant letter or CoE to proof that they are International Students;
3. To redeem the milk tea, students must pre-register for the event online and share an AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2024 related post on their social media;
4. Milk tea is available while stocks last, and it’s on a first-come, first-served basis;
5. No cash alternative will be given.

AUG StudyExpo Scratch Card

1. Scratch cards (Scratch and Win) will be distributed as promotional flyers for AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2024 exclusively to International Students;
2. To be eligible for prize redemption, students must pre-register for AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2024 and indicate the prizes won from their scratch cards. Students need to attend StudyExpo (13 August 2024) to redeem their prizes;
3. Students must present the scratch card indicating the prizes when redeeming their prizes at the designated redemption table on the Day of AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2024;
4. This promotion is only applicable to International Students. Every International Student must hold a valid student Visa and present a student ID to collect the prizes;
5. All prizes are subject to availability while stocks last and may be subject to change;
6. All prizes are on a first-come, first-served basis;
7. Where any prize is unavailable for any reason, AUG reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value;

StudyExpo on the Day Prizes Redemption

1. This promotion is only applicable to International Students. Every International Student must hold a valid student Visa and present a student ID to collect the prizes;
2. Students who register and physically attend AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2024 will be eligible to receive an event passport leaflet;
3. The passport leaflet is to record the points students accumulate at AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2024. Students will receive stickers with corresponding point values on their passport leaflet from:
   • Each institution participating in StudyExpo, upon visiting their booths and asking questions;
   • At least one StudyExpo seminar they attend;
   • Each StudyExpo AUG Game Booth and Student Associations’ Game Booth they participate in.
4. Students can use their accumulated points to redeem different prizes. Each prize will require a different number of points for redemption;
5. The specific number of points required to redeem each prize will be presented at the redemption table on the Day of AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2024;
6. Remaining points that are insufficient to redeem any prizes cannot be transferred to other individuals;
7. Limited to one (1) EKKA ticket redemption per International Student;
8. All prizes are subject to availability while stocks last and may be subject to change;
9. Where any prize is unavailable for any reason, AUG reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value;

AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2024 Prizes

Terms and Conditions for AUG Brisbane StudyExpo 2024 EKKA Ticket:

1. The EKKA ticket is only for International Students;
2. Limited to one (1) EKKA ticket redemption per International Student;
3. Additional Condition for Scratch Card Winners:
   • Students who win an EKKA Ticket on a scratch card must register and attend the StudyExpo day (13 August 2024) and present their flyer to redeem their EKKA ticket. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
4. All prizes are subject to availability while stocks last and may be subject to change;

Friday, 09 August 2024 (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM)

Free Drink (International High School Students)

1. International High School Students must attend AUG Melbourne StudyExpo 2024 to receive a free drink;
2. Each student is entitled to one (1) drink only;
3. Drinks will be given on a first-come-first-served basis;

5. No cash alternative will be given.

Free Drink (All International Students)

1. All International Students must attend AUG Melbourne StudyExpo 2024 to receive a free drink;
2. Each student is entitled to one (1) drink only;
3. For all International Students who have already claimed their drink from AUG, additional claims will no longer be permitted;
4. Drinks will be given on a first-come-first-served basis;
5. Limited drinks available;
6. Downloading and utilizing the Fantuan food delivery application and placing an order using the platform-provided coupon may be required;
7. All data usage and other expenses incurred from downloading and using the Fantuan food delivery application shall be borne by the students.

3. Decisions for granting application fee waivers lie within the respective institutions, and not AUG Melbourne.

AUG Melbourne StudyExpo 2024 Prizes

Terms and Conditions for AUG Melbourne StudyExpo 2024 Sticker Redemption For Prizes:

1. Students who register and physically attend AUG Melbourne StudyExpo 2024 will be eligible to receive an event passport leaflet;
2. The passport leaflet is to record the points students accumulate at AUG Melbourne StudyExpo 2024. Students will receive stickers with corresponding point values on their passport leaflet from:
   • Each institution participating in AUG Melbourne StudyExpo, upon visiting and consulting at their booth;
   • Each AUG Melbourne StudyExpo Seminar they attend;

Free Student Visa and Migration Assessment

1. Free migration consultation is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM during AUG Perth StudyExpo 2024, (8 August 2024);
2. Consultations will be done on a first-come-first-served basis;
3. AUG reserves the right to determine the duration of time each student is allowed per consultation, subject to conditions;
4. The views and information are to be delivered solely by our affiliated Migration Agent (Bond & Forsyth), and it does not necessarily reflect AUG Perth’s views.

AUG Perth StudyExpo 2024 Prizes

Terms and Conditions for AUG Perth StudyExpo 2024 International High School Students Gift:

First 50 International High School Students Attend to Receive Free Gift

1. Students must participate in the AUG Perth StudyExpo 2024;
2. Pre-register and be the first 50 attendees for StudyExpo 2024 to be eligible;
3. Limited to one (1) gift per International High School Students Student;
4. Must be high school students who are currently studying in high school;
5. Proof of ID is compulsory or this request will not be entertained should this condition not be met;
6. This promotion is only applicable to International High School Students;
7. AUG will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained that may have resulted from this promotion;

1. Speak to two University representatives (+1 stamp each);

3. Speak to AUG Staff (+1 stamp);
4. Attend the Game Booth at the Event (+1 stamp);
5. Get 5 stamps on your StudyExpo Passport to receive the ticket for entering DIY Fluid Bear Booth.

Terms and Conditions for AUG Perth StudyExpo 2024 Attend DIY Fluid Bear Booth:

1. Students with five (5) stamps are eligible to enter the DIY Fluid Bear Booth;
2. Students must participate in AUG Perth Study StudyExpo 2024, (8 August 2024) from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM;
3. Limited to one (1) Fluid Bear per International Student;
4. This promotion is only applicable to International Students;
5. Where any bear is unavailable for any reason, AUG reserves the right to substitute that prize for another prize;
6. AUG will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained that may have resulted from this promotion;
7. AUG will have the final decision and reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any further correspondence will not be entertained;

Terms and Conditions for AUG Perth StudyExpo 2024 Attend Free Tarot Reading:

1. Students must attend the AUG Perth StudyExpo 2024;
2. The Free Tarot Reading is for all International Students only, evidence of International Student status may be requested before the activity start;
3. Each attendee will only be allowed to attend one (1) time and each attendee must come in a group of 2 to join this activity;
4. Tarot Reading will be done on a first-come-first-served basis;
5. AUG reserves the right to determine the duration of time each student is allowed per Tarot Reading session;
6. The views and information are to be delivered solely by the Tarotist, and it does not necessarily reflect AUG Perth’s views.

Terms and Conditions for AUG Perth StudyExpo 2024 Redeem One (1) Royal Show Ticket:

1. Students must submit the application on the StudyExpo day to be eligible for on-the-day promotions;
2. The Royal Show Ticket is for all International Students only, evidence of International Student status may be requested when the application is submitted;
3. Limited to one (1) Royal Show Ticket per International Student;
4. AUG will have the final decision and reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any further correspondence will not be entertained;
5. AUG collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and to process promotion entries. All information is treated as Private and Confidential.

Terms and Conditions for AUG Perth StudyExpo 2024 Lucky Draw for All Attendees:

1. Student must attend the AUG Perth StudyExpo 2024;
2. The Lucky Draw is for all International Students only, evidence of International Student status may be requested from the drawn recipient before the prize can be handed over;
3. Students must physically participate in the AUG Perth StudyExpo 2024, (8 August 2024) between 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM;
4. The recipient must be present him/herself in order to receive the prize, otherwise, the draw / round will be forfeited and re-drawn;
5. Each attendee will only receive one (1) ticket to join in the draw, and each attendee is only entitled to one (1) prize;
6. This promotion is strictly applicable to International Students, if a non-International Student is called or drawn, then the prize will be redrawn;

9. Face masks (covering mouth and nose) are not mandatory but will be at the discretion of each attendee while attending the AUG Sydney StudyExpo 2024;
10. Do not enter the venue if you feel unwell or have any of the COVID-19 symptoms;
11. AUG Australia is following strict measures in accordance with the Australian Government and World Health Organization to protect the health of the Australian public, including University students and staff and our own AUG team, from this novel coronavirus infection. All exhibitors, staff and attendees are encouraged to vaccinate before attending the StudyExpo;
12. By attending AUG Sydney StudyExpo, the attendees agree to follow AUG measures to protect the health of the Australian public, including but not limited to being checked for temperature and travel history at check-in.

Free Milk Tea Giveaway

1. This promotion is only applicable to International Students. Each student is entitled to only one (1) drink redemption;
2. Student must physically be present upon redemption of Milk Tea from AUG Sydney staff;
3. To redeem the milk tea, student must pre-register for the event online and show identity proof (e.g. Student Visa, CoE, or International Student ID);
4. Milk tea available while stocks last;
5. No cash alternative will be given;

Application Fee Waived

1. The application fee will be waived by the participating institutions to eligible students who lodge complete further studies applications during the AUG Sydney StudyExpo 2024;
2. To be eligible, students must on the Day (16 August 2024):
   • Speak to the university representatives and get their approval of fee waiver codes;
   • Submit their completed application form;
   • Provide all required certified documents;
   • Have their application verified by AUG Sydney staff;
   • Meet the academic entry requirement.
3. Final decisions of waiving application fee(s) are to be made by the institutions and AUG Sydney according to the fee waiver supplier;
4. Each student is entitled to only one (1) application with fee waiver if it is waived by AUG Sydney.

Seminar

1. AUG and seminar organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone;
2. Strictly no photography, sound recording, or video filming is allowed in the seminar room;
3. All seminars are free to attend by anyone;
4. Seminar contents only represent the seminar presenter’s personal opinions and do not represent AUG. AUG shall not be liable for any content mistakes;
5. AUG shall have the final decision and reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any further correspondence shall not be entertained.

AUG Sydney StudyExpo 2024 Prizes

Terms and Conditions for AUG Sydney StudyExpo 2024 Prizes Redemption for International Students:

1. Students who register and physically attend AUG Sydney StudyExpo 2024 will be eligible to receive an event passport;
2. The passport is to record the points students accumulate on AUG Sydney StudyExpo 2024. Students will receive stamps to win gifts:
   • Follow at least 1 AUG social media account (Facebook or Instagram) (+1 stamp);
   • Speak to AUG Counsellor (+1 stamp);
   • Attend Career Seminar (+1 stamp);
   • Submit an application.
3. Students can use their accumulated stamps to get a scratch card to win different prizes. Students need to present the passport at the redemption table on the day of AUG Sydney StudyExpo 2024;
4. Remaining points that are insufficient to redeem any prizes cannot be transferred to other individuals;
5. This promotion is only applicable to International Students;
6. Every International Student must hold a valid student Visa and present student ID to collect the prizes;
7. All prizes are subject to availability while stocks last and may be subject to change;
