AUG Adelaide

Friday, 13 March 2026 (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM)

1. AUG reserves the right to admit or refuse entry to any person at any time.
2. Strictly NO photography allowed around and within the premise of the Expo.
3. All materials used are for promotional purposes only.
4. AUG shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury sustained as a direct or indirect result of the Expo.
5. AUG shall have the final decision and reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions
   without prior notice. Any further correspondence shall not be entertained.
6. AUG collects personal information for use within AUG only.
   All information is treated as Private and Confidential.
7. By attending AUG Adelaide StudyExpo, the attendees agree to
   AUG Copyright, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
8. Strictly NO outside food and/or drinks to be consumed at the event.
9. Face masks (covering mouth and nose) are optional while attending the AUG Adelaide StudyExpo.
10. DO NOT enter the venue if you feel unwell or have any COVID-19 symptoms.
11. AUG Australia follows strict measures in accordance with the Australian Government and WHO
    to protect public health. All exhibitors, staff and attendees are encouraged to be vaccinated.
12. By attending AUG Adelaide StudyExpo, attendees agree to follow AUG health measures,
    including temperature and travel history checks at check-in.

Application Fee Waived

1. Students must apply on the StudyExpo day to be eligible for on-the-day promotions.
2. Application fees will be waived by participating institutions for eligible students
   who lodge complete applications during the Expo.
3. Upon receiving fee waivers, all applications must be complete and submitted
   at the AUG table on the StudyExpo day.
4. Final decisions of waiving application fees are made by institutions, not AUG Adelaide.
5. Credit transfers are subject to individual assessments by institutions.
   AUG assists only with submission for assessment.
6. Scholarships are subject to availability and decided solely by awarding institutions.
   AUG is not involved in scholarship decisions or awards.
7. AUG reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
   Any further correspondence will not be entertained.

Seminars

1. AUG and seminar organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.
2. Strictly NO photography or recording allowed in the seminar room.
3. All seminars are free to attend.
4. Seminar contents represent the presenter’s personal opinions and DO NOT represent AUG.
   AUG shall not be liable for content mistakes.
5. AUG reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
   Any further correspondence shall not be entertained.

AUG Adelaide StudyExpo 2026 Prizes

Pre-Event Tickets

1. Students who attended AUG Adelaide teaser or sponsored events prior to the Expo
   are eligible to receive one (1) scratch ticket.
   • DIY Workshops at Student Accommodations
   • Welcome Party
   • Giveaway Events
2. Only one (1) pre-event ticket per international student can be redeemed
   for one (1) prize on Expo Day (13 March 2026).
3. International students attending the Expo online are not eligible.
4. While stock lasts.

Game Station Gifts – Redemption Table

1. Students who collect three (3) stamps are eligible to play the Game Station.
2. Three (3) stamps can be exchanged for one (1) game chance only.
3. Three (3) stamps can be redeemed for one (1) Astrology Birth Chart Reading.
4. Three (3) stamps can be redeemed for one (1) Avatar Scratch.
5. Students may collect more stamps by:
   • Talking to multiple institutions
   • Attending seminars
   • Leaving a 5-star Google review
   • Following AUG on social media platforms
6. Students cannot collect multiple stamps from the same institution.
7. Stamps are not redeemable for cash or other goods and services.
8. While stock lasts.

Course Application Gifts

1. International High School students (Year 12) who provide SACE details
   and sign the AUG Authorisation Form are eligible for one (1) Application Gift.
2. Students applying to institutions on Expo Day with complete nomination forms
   or documents are eligible for one (1) Application Gift.
3. This promotion is limited to one (1) Application Gift per International Student.
4. Courses must be from universities, TAFEs or colleges
   (excluding CPA and ELICOS courses).
5. If documents are incomplete on Expo Day, students must submit them
   within one (1) week to redeem the gift.
6. No cash or service alternatives will be provided.
7. While stock lasts.

*Eligible students may choose one (1) Application Gift only.

Lucky Draw Prize

1. Students participating in teaser or sponsored events will receive
   a numbered Die Perf Cut pamphlet for the Lucky Draw.
2. Students attending the Expo in person will receive a numbered pamphlet
   at registration.
3. Numbered tickets must be placed into the lucky draw box.
4. This promotion is for International Students only.
5. Valid student visa and student ID are required.
6. AUG reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value if unavailable.
7. AUG reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without notice.
   Any further correspondence will not be entertained.

Thursday, 19 March 2026 (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM)

1. AUG reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone at any time.
2. The AUG Brisbane MarchExpo 2026 and promotions are valid for International Students ONLY.
   Promotions include:
   • Application Fees Waivers and Institution Representatives Counselling

   • Upcoming Teaser events including:

3. Participants must prove their international student status by showing either:
   • Current Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)
   • Current OSHC
   • A valid visa (student 500, 485, Working Holiday)
4. Strictly NO commercialized photography is allowed around and within the premises of the EXPO.
5. Strictly NO outside food and beverages are allowed in the venue.
6. All materials used are for promotional purposes only.
7. By attending AUG Brisbane EXPO 2026, the attendees agree to AUG Copyright, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
8. AUG shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained that may have resulted from this promotion or EXPO 2026 event.
9. AUG collects personal information to conduct the promotion and to process promotion entries.
   Personal information is collected for use within AUG only. All information is treated as Private and Confidential.
10. AUG shall have the final decision and reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time
    without prior notice. Any further correspondence shall not be entertained.

Application Fee Waiver & Scholarships

1. University application fees will be waived by the participating institutions for eligible students
   who lodge complete further studies applications during the AUG Brisbane EXPO 2026 (selected programs only).
2. To be eligible, students must on the day (19th March 2026):
   • Fill in the AUG Information form and sign the Authorisation Form.
   • Submit their completed application form.
   • Provide all required official documents.
   • Have their application verified by AUG Brisbane staff.
3. Scholarships are subject to release dates and availability and are solely decided by the awarding institutions.
   AUG serves as a facilitator and is not involved in the decision-making nor the award of any university scholarship.
4. Final decisions of waiving application fees are to be made by the institutions, not AUG Brisbane.
5. For Highschool QTAC/SATAC/UAC/VTAC applications, AUG will waive up to 2 application fees.

Seminars

1. AUG and seminar organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.
2. Strictly NO photography, sound recording, or video filming is allowed in the seminar room.
3. All seminars are free to attend by anyone.
4. Seminar contents only represent the seminar presenter’s personal opinions and DO NOT represent AUG.
   This term is applicable only to guest speakers.

FREE 1-on-1 15-minute Migration Consultation Voucher

1. AUG Brisbane offers a FREE 1-on-1 15-minute Migration Consultation Voucher to students
   who have attended the migration seminar on EXPO Day and any other migration seminar leading up to EXPO.
2. To be eligible for the voucher:
   • You must have attended at least one migration seminar on EXPO Day (19 March 2026).
   • The voucher is redeemable only once per person and can be used only once.
   • The voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. The voucher is void if altered or tampered with.
4. The issuer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
5. AUG staff recommend that students use the free 15-minute migration consultation voucher
   during their final year of study.
6. The voucher is to be used after the EXPO, and an appointment must be made in advance
   by emailing brisbane@augstudy.com.
7. The voucher is subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

Claw Machine Participation

1. An A5 flyer will be distributed on the day of the AUG Brisbane March Expo 2026 (19th March 2026)
   exclusively to international students.
2. This promotion is only applicable to International Students.
   Students must present a valid visa (500, 485, Working Holiday) or OSHC/CoE.
3. You may receive one (1) voucher for completing any of the following:
   • Talking with an AUG staff member (up to two vouchers)
   • Consulting with one of the institutions
   • Attending one of our seminars
4. To be eligible for one (1) chance to play the claw machine, students must collect
   three (3) vouchers and attend EXPO Day.
5. All claw machine prizes are subject to availability while stocks last.
6. Prizes are redeemable only on EXPO Day (19th March 2026) from 2pm to 6pm.
7. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or other goods and services.

High School Pizza Giveaway

1. Student must be an international high school student and present a valid student ID.
2. Food will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis (one meal per participant).

Milk Tea for First 50 Attendees

1. Milk tea will be available to the first 50 eligible international student attendees.
2. Distribution is on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Each participant is limited to one milk tea.
4. No refills or exchanges permitted.

Scratch Cards Prize Redemption

1. Scratch cards must be presented in original condition.
2. Tampered or altered scratch cards will be deemed invalid.
3. Prizes are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
4. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
5. Valid identification may be required.
6. The organiser’s decision is final and binding.
7. Prizes are redeemable only on EXPO Day (19th March 2026) from 2pm to 6pm.
8. Each participant is limited to one (1) scratch card prize redemption.

AUG Melbourne

Wednesday, 25 March 2026 (2:00 – 6:00 PM)

1. AUG reserves the right to admit or refuse entry to any person at any time;
2. StudyExpo 2026 and any related promotions are valid for International Students ONLY;
3. The promotion includes:
   1. Register and attend the Expo to receive free gifts;
   2. Application fee waived;
   3. Prize redemption for International Students.

1. International high school students must attend AUG Melbourne StudyExpo 2026 to receive a free drink;

5. No cash alternative will be given.

Seminars

1. AUG and seminar organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone;

Sticker Redemption for Prizes

1. Students who register and attend physically will receive an event passport leaflet;
2. Stickers can be earned by:
   1. Visiting participating institution booths;
   2. Attending seminars;
   3. Participating in game booths;
   4. Following at least 3 AUG social media accounts;
   5. Submitting an application on the event day;
   6. Posting and tagging AUG on social media;
   7. Leaving a 5-star Google Review.
3. Accumulated points can be redeemed for prizes based on required point levels;
4. Points cannot be transferred to other individuals;
5. Promotion applies to International Students only;
6. All prizes are subject to availability while stocks last;

2. To be eligible on 22 March 2026, students must:
   • Obtain approval for a fee waiver code from university representatives
   • Submit a completed application form
   • Provide all required certified documents
   • Have applications verified by AUG Sydney staff
   • Meet academic entry requirements
3. All documents must be submitted within seven (7) days from Expo Day
   (deadline: 29 March 2026).
4. Fee waiver availability is determined by participating institutions.
5. Final application and fee waiver decisions rest with the institutions.
6. Each student is entitled to one (1) fee-waived application only.

Apply-now Promotion

1. A $200 Preeze Gift Card will be given to eligible students who submit
   complete applications during the Expo.
2. To be eligible on 22 March 2026, students must:
   • Submit a completed application form
   • Provide all required certified documents
   • Have applications verified by AUG Sydney staff
