Douglas is known as hardworking, reliable and always approachable. In essence, he believes in connecting with students to understand their needs better and is still ready to answer your queries any time of the day. He is also quick and meticulous when handling applications particularly visa and institutions, so you don’t have to worry about missing deadlines or misinformation for application submissions.
With his background and experience in hand, he is known to be understanding, supportive and caring. He is useful in handling situations and providing solutions whenever a student or AUG staff is faced with a problem.
Anny is actively involved in volunteering roles especially related to social and animal activism. Her experiences have proven her to be passionate, dynamic and resourceful. As a counsellor, she will be able to give you interesting tips in making the most from your studies including answering your questions for the best study options for you.
Known by the staff and students as a dynamic, resourceful and all-rounder to problem-solving person, Natalie has been through a journey with AUG. In essence, she has been seconded to different offices for several times, e.g. Subang Jaya office, Nilai office, JB office and also Singapore office.
Before joining the education consulting industry with AUG, she worked as a purchasing assistant in the manufacturing industry involving the purchasing of raw materials, supply chain management and logistics. Her knowledge and experience from working within the industry have been instrumental in her counselling sessions as it helps students to understand their future career prospects, including industry demands of today.
Although Cassie recently joined AUG in July 2017, she is definitely an enthusiast! She is quick on her feet and delivers the best to students especially during counselling sessions – she shares her knowledge obtained from her degree to help students seek for their suitable courses and universities. This success has helped AUG in increasing student intake.
