Tracey is fun, joyful and vibrant. Students often find her comfortable and easy to engage with during counselling sessions – this ensures that she can deliver the best assistance to students for their educational concerns.
Tracey is the counsellor for you as she guides you with her experiences and valuable tips gained during her student days. She is also known to be right in chasing applications and ensuring deadlines are met.

Nhi is very passionate in giving the best to students in any way she can. She started to tap into the Vietnamese market by joining different events organized by Vietnamese student and introduced AUG’s branding among Vietnamese student. With her experience and background in hand, she has been exceptionally successful in steadily bringing in Vietnamese students which have helped in AUG Sydney’s intake.
Apart from being an education counsellor, she is also involved in both marketing promotional efforts in AUG Sydney. She aspires to set and implement more creative and useful activities for future students to develop their skills and potential as well as to increase number for the company.

Alfred believes in giving the best to students and looking out for other team members. Alfred is known among the staff and students as responsible and a problem solver, he is good at solving application issues, including ensuring deadlines are met.
From addressing students’ needs and providing support to AUG, he is also empathetic and friendly as he listens and gives the best advice to you whether you're looking to enter the best university or find out if an overseas education is right for you.

Chi is known for being hardworking, reliable and is always ready to answer – she believes in connecting with students to understand their needs better and is still ready to answer your queries any time of the day.
With her excellent academic background in Business and language ability, Chi is the counsellor for you if you are interested in pursuing Business degrees for your future career or want to improve your language skills. She is also a good listener and gives the best advice to you towards your goals.

As part of the Advertising and Marketing Team, Kelly is indeed passionate about helping AUG become well-known not just in Adelaide, but in Australia as a whole. Kelly also has the vision to introduce and promote AUG brand name in her home country, Vietnam.
Aside from being a fragment of marketing success, she also handles student concerns and she is well-known for being a friendly, approachable, and supportive counsellor.
