Young CEO Futurepreneur 2025 Competition Term and Conditions:
Objective
With the objective of ‘Identifying talent for the hospitality, events and luxury business, the ‘Young CEO Futurepreneur’ competition offers students the opportunity to win an all-expenses paid 5-day trip to Switzerland.The competitions focus is on creativity for the hospitality, events or luxury world while showing skills for a future CEO.
Outcome
This challenge sponsored by ‘Swiss Education Group’ is intended for future thinking students who can distinguish themselves in this competition by presenting their creative idea. Participants will get to develop their skills in creativity, critical thinking and communication and thereby challenging themselves to be the best version of themselves to be world ready.
The Competition
This challenge invites the next generation of CEOs to submit their creative ideas for a new product, service or process to meet the demands of the hospitality, luxury or events business.
Round 1
Task 1
Students are required to:
- Create a visual representation (in any format: Video, PowerPoint, drawing, Infographic etc.) that outlines various career paths within one of the following areas, highlighting essential skills, required qualifications, and potential job roles. Students are encouraged to seek advice from their career counselors.
– Hospitality Management
– Event Management
– Luxury Brand Management
The diagram should exhibit:
– Clarity and visual attractiveness
– Accuracy of information
– Creativity
Task 2
Students are required to:
- Develop a new product, service, or process for the hospitality, event, or luxury brand business.
- Produce a 3-minute video illustrating.
– The career paths outlined in task 1
– The new concept and its benefits.
The video should display:
– Inventiveness in presentation and communication skills
– Introduction of a concept not previously available in the market
– Consumer benefits
– Advantages for the business provider
Round 2
The 5 finalists with the best scores will post their video presentation on social media to attract the maximum quantity of likes. A link will be provided. This will be worth 25% of the final score. The finalist will then go head-to-head in a business plan & pitch, (Dragons’ Den style) in front of a panel of judges. This will be worth 25% of the final score. The scores of rounds 1 will make up 50% of the total final score.

Business Pan & Pitch: 25%
Judges in round 2 will evaluate the participants on
- Clarity of the concept
- Relevance of the concept
- Feasibility of the concept
- Originality of the concept
- Creativity and innovation
- Quality and creativity of the presentation and video
- Added value which the concept brings to the client and the industry

Term and condition:
- The competition is open to all high school students between ages 15 and 19 years old residing in Malaysia.
- By entering the competition, you are agreeing to accept these terms and conditions (both as a school, parent/guardian and pupil, as the case may be). Any breach of these terms and conditions by you will mean that your entry will not be valid, and your entry will not be considered by the judging.
- The winning entry for the competition will be judged by a panel of experts. The decision of the judging panel will be final.
- Swiss Education Group decision as to who has won the competition shall be final.
- The Organizer reserves the right to request relevant identification of the participant to ensure they are eligible for entry and prizes.
- The winners shall agree to allow Swiss Education Group and associated parties to publish their names, photographs, PowerPoint or any other information without further compensation and notice; all details and content(s) shall belong solely to Swiss Education Group.
- Swiss Education Group will not be responsible unless required by law for any loss, personal injury, damages, costs, or expenses, arising from or in any way connected with this competition. This competition may be cancelled or altered at any point.
Conditions for the Prize
- The grand winner will receive a sponsored trip to Switzerland, accompanied by their career school counsellor, during one of our Open Days in 2025. This prize includes accommodations, flight tickets, train tickets, and select meals, all provided by Swiss Education Group.
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
- The winner agrees to actively promote the Swiss Education Group campuses through their social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
- The winner will create and share social media posts during and after the visit, featuring their activities, learnings, and any notable moments.
- The winner agrees to document their entire visit through high-quality photos and videos. These materials should showcase various aspects of the camp, such as workshops, events, and interactions with fellow participants.
- The winner agrees to act as a Brand Ambassador for SEG starting from the announcement of the contest results. The winner commits to participating marketing events organized by Swiss Education Group which may include conferences, webinars, or promotional activities.
