Introduction

What is PTE Champions?

Pearson Test of English and AUG Student Services are proud to co-organise the #PTE Champions: Test Your English competition. This competition offers students the chance to test their English skills using AI-powered English tests—for free. There are 2 competition rounds. Winners get to win great prizes, comprising laptops and book vouchers.

Round 1:

All students joining the competition will have access to the free AI English test, known as the “Level” test. This test provides a CEFR English score (ranging from A1 to C2) by a specified deadline, making them eligible for Round 2.

Round 2:

The top 40 shortlisted students (from the highest score bracket) will be invited to complete a PTE Scored Practice Test and win prizes. The judging is based on the best score out of 90; in the event of a tie, a short 100-word essay titled “Why English plays a pivotal role in my study and career aspirations” will serve as the tie-breaker.

Prizes:

The Top Scorer wins laptops for both him/herself and his/her school. The Next 4 Top Scorers win RM500 book vouchers each. Winners will be announced during an on-location Prize-Giving Ceremony at the Study Melbourne Hub Kuala Lumpur.
