Overview

Established in 1863, Windermere School (Windermere) is a boarding and day school for boys and girls from ages 3 to 18 with the mission to produce confident and compassionate staff and students. The School aims to inspire and challenge their students through a broad and balanced curriculum, from undertaking traditional subjects to outdoor learning in a local environment.

Delivered by experienced and dedicated staff, students are able to develop the skills and confidence needed for academic success through an adventurous and innovative approach to learning. In Windermere, education is not just a journey, it's an adventure! As such, the School managed to be named as The Sunday Times International Baccalaureate School of the Year for 2018.
