About the course
Bond University’s Professional Doctorate of Physiotherapy is an AQF Level 10 professional doctorate that extends the Doctor of Physiotherapy through an integrated, nested pathway. It emphasises translating evidence-based research into real-world physiotherapy practice via advanced research coursework, a doctoral thesis and an industry-based Doctoral Capstone Internship. Students develop high-level clinical research capability, leadership and specialist expertise to drive innovation and impact in physiotherapy at doctoral level.
Career outcome
Graduates are prepared as clinician-researchers who can lead evidence-informed physiotherapy practice and contribute new knowledge through applied doctoral research.
