Murdoch’s Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) lets you pursue an original research project in a topic you’re passionate about, guided by an expert supervisory team. You’ll develop advanced independent research capability and produce a thesis of up to 100,000 words. The program supports research across all disciplines, including interdisciplinary work, and offers opportunities to engage with leading academics and conferences in your field as a doctoral research degree. The programme emphasises independent research, methodology, and thesis development aligned with the discipline's scholarly standards.
