About the course
This PhD through Deakin’s Institute for Frontier Materials (IFM) offers supervised research in biological and chemical sciences, supported by a principal supervisor and associate supervisors. You will develop and complete an original research project and produce a thesis based on your findings, with possible attendance requirements depending on the project. Study can be undertaken on campus or online as a doctoral research degree in the sciences. The programme advances scientific inquiry through supervised laboratory or field research, data analysis, and thesis-based discovery.
