About the course
This Doctor of Philosophy (Business and Management) is a higher degree by research designed to develop advanced, specialised research skills and a systematic, critical understanding of a complex field. You’ll work closely with supervisors and engage with Curtin’s applied, industry-connected research culture, aiming to generate original knowledge and contribute to professional practice. This is an AQF Level 10 doctoral research program in business and management.
What you might learn
You’ll build expert theoretical knowledge and critically reflect on research practice, evaluate and extend existing ideas through systematic investigation, and apply advanced creative and professional skills. The program develops your capability to critique methodologies and conclusions, communicate complex research plans and outcomes to diverse audiences, and produce an original thesis for external examination to international standards in business and management.
