About the course
The Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Agricultural Science is a research degree designed to develop academic leadership through increasing independence, creativity and innovation in research. Candidates undertake an original research project and produce a substantial thesis (approximately 80,000 words) under academic supervision, making a significant and unique contribution to knowledge.
