The Doctor of Music is a higher degree by research for experienced musicians seeking to make an original contribution to music through advanced scholarly or practice-led investigation. Working closely with expert supervisors, you will develop and complete a substantial research project and produce an examinable thesis and/or creative outputs as required. This is a doctoral research qualification in performing arts and music. The programme explores creative technologies, digital media research, and interdisciplinary innovation in multimedia practice and theory.
