About the course
The PhD (Management) develops advanced research capability in management and related business disciplines through a substantial, supervised research project. You will design and conduct original research, build critical analytical skills, and contribute new knowledge to the field. The program supports preparation for academic and high-level research careers, with study undertaken on campus at RMIT’s Melbourne City location in management. The programme strengthens research skills in organisational behaviour, strategy, and evidence-based management for scholarly and professional leadership.
