About the course
This undergraduate minor provides a structured set of four units focused on workplace human factors. It is designed to complement an existing degree by broadening your understanding of how people interact with systems, environments and processes at work. You study the minor alongside an eligible Curtin bachelor or double degree to tailor your study toward safety, performance and human-centred practice within engineering contexts. The programme develops engineering knowledge and technical skills aligned with its qualification level and industry expectations.
