This undergraduate specialisation introduces the basic principles of tourism and hospitality, exploring key sector challenges and opportunities such as sustainability and destination management. You will complete four units that build foundational knowledge, skills and competencies relevant to tourism and hospitality practice. The content is designed to complement a broader degree and supports transferable capabilities across tourism, hospitality and related service industries at an undergraduate level.
