About the course
TLC Learning for Tomorrow is a free enabling program for eligible domestic Year 12 students at participating partner schools. Delivered in an adult learning environment with weekly classes across Terms 1–3, it helps you build university-ready skills such as critical thinking, researching information and academic writing. Classes are offered at Rockingham, Mandurah and selected Murdoch campus/school locations, supporting your transition to university study. The programme develops discipline knowledge and graduate capabilities aligned with its qualification level.
Career outcome
This enabling program is designed to prepare Year 12 students for successful transition into university study by strengthening core academic capabilities such as critical thinking, research and academic writing. Completing TLC can improve readiness for further tertiary education and help participants pursue a wide range of undergraduate pathways. It supports future study across disciplines rather than leading directly to a specific job outcome at this enabling level. Preparing graduates for relevant professional opportunities and further study in the field.
