About the course
This Sustainable Engineering minor introduces key concepts used by environmental engineers to address the impacts of unsustainable production and consumption. You’ll learn to analyse and assess environmental impacts of industrial systems and economies, with emphasis on life cycle management, corporate stewardship, circular economy and eco-efficiency. Designed as a four-unit sequence, it is taken alongside an undergraduate engineering degree to broaden and tailor your skills in sustainable engineering.

Completing this minor can support careers where engineers need sustainability capability across design, operations and compliance.
