About the course
This short course skill set develops the knowledge and practices required to sell, serve or supply alcohol responsibly. It applies to staff involved in alcohol service, promotional tastings, delivery and sales, as well as licensees and security staff managing customer behaviour and RSA compliance. Training is relevant across hospitality venues, packaged liquor outlets and beverage producers such as wineries, breweries and distilleries. It is a short-course program in hospitality and tourism compliance.
