About the course
This professional certificate develops management, coaching and leadership capabilities to help participants guide innovation projects and progress their careers. It covers strategic and operational considerations for creating innovative products and services and builds the leadership skills required to guide teams. Participants apply a human-centred design approach to an innovation project, refining a brief, conducting research and interviews, generating insights, defining a problem statement, and pitching a proposal.
What you might learn
Students will learn how to lead innovation initiatives by combining practical human-centred design methods with strategic thinking about product and service development.
