About the course
The Property Experience minor provides an introduction to property valuation, investment valuation and market analysis, with options to extend into asset management, investment analysis or property development. You’ll study core valuation concepts and apply economic and market reasoning to property decisions. Units are available online and at Gardens Point across semesters. This is an undergraduate minor in business-focused property studies. The programme develops business and management knowledge aligned with its qualification level and professional expectations.

This minor can support roles where property fundamentals and valuation literacy are valuable, including property and asset management support, valuation and investment analysis assistance, property development support, and broader business roles interacting with real estate markets.
