About the course

This online, self-directed short course develops your ability to act with initiative and recognise opportunities that can lead to innovation and valuable outcomes. You’ll explore how initiative, enterprise and entrepreneurship relate, and how these capabilities support goal-setting, decision-making and action in personal and workplace contexts. On completion, you receive a digital Certificate of Completion and a credential point within UTAS’s Professional Skills suite. The programme develops business and management knowledge aligned with its qualification level and professional expectations.
