This undergraduate specialisation focuses on creating mixed reality experiences using animation and game technologies. You’ll explore how to design immersive, interactive digital narratives and develop skills aligned with a fast-growing creative-tech sector. The Immersive Design Specialisation builds capability in immersive media design within an undergraduate design and visual art context. The programme develops creative and multimedia skills aligned with its qualification level and industry expectations.
Career outcome
Graduates may pursue roles in immersive media and mixed reality production, including XR/VR experience design, interactive storytelling, 3D/animation-based content creation and game-tech driven experiences. Opportunities can be found in creative studios, digital agencies, entertainment, education and other industries adopting immersive technologies.
