About the course
English for Tertiary Studies (ETS6) is a six-week, skills-based English language program designed to prepare you for tertiary study and support direct entry to many UOW College and UOW diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate courses without an external IELTS test (subject to passing). You develop academic English and core study capabilities such as university-level research, essay writing, language development and study skills through 20–22 hours of classroom tuition each week. The programme develops education knowledge and teaching-related skills aligned with its qualification level.
