About the course
English for Tertiary Studies (ETS18) is an 18-week English language program designed to build the academic communication skills needed for tertiary study. You develop study skills, language accuracy and fluency, university-level research skills and essay writing through 20–22 hours per week of classroom tuition. Successful completion can provide a pathway to direct entry to many UOW diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate programs without an external IELTS test. The programme develops education knowledge and teaching-related skills aligned with its qualification level.
