About the course
This 4.5-year dual degree prepares you for contemporary physiotherapy practice, combining movement science with advanced physical-rehabilitation and exercise approaches. You’ll build knowledge in human structure and function, exercise physiology, psychology and population health, alongside applied clinical skills and clinical reasoning. The course is accredited by the Australian Physiotherapy Council, supporting eligibility to practise as a physiotherapist in Australia after graduation.
Career outcome
Graduates are prepared for physiotherapy roles across a range of health and community settings, using assessment, exercise and rehabilitation strategies to improve mobility, function and wellbeing. Career pathways may include work in hospitals, private practice, community and aged-care services, rehabilitation and sports or musculoskeletal clinics, supporting clients across the lifespan.
