About the course

This Masters course will allow students to gain a sophisticated understanding of animal behaviour and welfare in various ecological environments in order to contribute to research in your field or develop your career prospects. Students are typically able to choose to undertake coursework only options or a minor thesis as part of the program.

What you might learn

Students can choose units of study such as primate behaviour and conservation, wildlife ecology and behaviour, infection research, including an option of undertaking placements for some courses. Training throughout the degree will help you to develop key skills to specialise in that subject area.
