About the course
This Human Resource Management specialisation develops expertise in designing HR policies and people practices with a focus on ethics, equity and sustainability. You’ll build capability in contemporary workplace issues such as change management, negotiation and conflict resolution, performance and rewards, and international HRM. The specialisation is completed within the Master of Commerce and is recorded on your testamur and transcript. The programme builds executive-level capability in strategy, finance, operations, and organisational leadership for global business environments.
