About the course
The Master of Psychology (Clinical) is the final stage of the six-year pathway to practise as a registered psychologist in Australia. It integrates advanced coursework, research training and extensive supervised clinical placements, including experience at the on-campus Bond University Psychology Clinic and external sites. Teaching is delivered through weekly classes and intensive modes, with in-person attendance required. This is a Master coursework qualification in Psychology.
Career outcome
Graduates are prepared to pursue general registration as a psychologist with AHPRA and develop skills for evidence-based clinical practice. Career directions include working as a psychologist in hospitals, community mental health services, private practice, schools, and other health or wellbeing settings, delivering assessment and intervention under professional standards.
