About the course

The Master of Property focuses on property and real estate management across international, corporate and sustainable real estate sectors. The course emphasises industry-relevant skills including market analysis, valuation, feasibility assessment and negotiation, alongside emerging practices such as sustainability, big data and advanced technologies.

What you might learn

Students develop advanced capabilities to identify development opportunities and make informed property investment decisions. The program builds skills in analysing market trends, assessing property value and financial feasibility, and negotiating real estate agreements. It also aims to prepare graduates with future-focused knowledge spanning investment, portfolio management, development services and advisory practice in a changing built-environment sector.

Career outcome

Graduates can pursue careers across the property and real estate industry, including valuation, property advisory, investment and finance, and portfolio management. The degree supports pathways into roles in property development and services, as well as corporate, international and sustainable real estate contexts. Career options extend across residential and commercial markets, working with developers, investors, advisory firms, and organisations managing large property assets.
