About the course
ECU’s Master of Project Management, offered through the School of Business and Law, builds advanced project management capability with a strong commercial focus. You’ll learn to design, implement and lead projects across diverse industries, using real-world case studies and collaborative learning with academics and industry practitioners. The course also supports research into contemporary project challenges and solutions in master-level business and management.
Career outcome
Graduates are prepared to plan and lead complex projects across government, business and not-for-profit sectors. Skills apply to roles such as project manager, project coordinator, program or portfolio support officer, project consultant and PMO roles, with capability to analyse risk, manage stakeholders, budgets and resources, and communicate effectively. Outcomes support progression into senior project leadership in business and commerce contexts. Preparing graduates for senior management, consulting, entrepreneurship, and organisational leadership roles.
