About the course

This master’s course builds foundational to advanced project management capability for those new to the field or early in their careers. You’ll develop practical knowledge of the project life cycle and core methods used to deliver objectives from initiation through to completion. The program strengthens skills to manage scope, cost, time, quality, risk, communication, procurement and people, preparing you for master’s-level study in project management.
