About the course

The Master of Philosophy in Science provides you with a unique opportunity to undertake original research and learn in-depth knowledge in your chosen scientific field. You'll have a choice of professional subjects relevant to all science disciplines. The second half of the course comprises a substantial research component, giving you an opportunity to undertake original, cutting-edge research. This course is designed to provide a pathway to the UTS PhD program. The programme advances scientific inquiry through supervised laboratory or field research, data analysis, and thesis-based discovery.
