About the course
The Master of Philosophy (MPhil) is a higher degree by research completed solely through independent research. Over typically two years full-time (or part-time equivalent), you work closely with an academic supervisory team to design and conduct a substantial project, culminating in a thesis or a creative portfolio with exegesis. The program builds advanced research capability within business, management and commerce. The programme strengthens research skills in organisational behaviour, strategy, and evidence-based management for scholarly and professional leadership.
