About the course

The Master of Philosophy is a research-focused degree designed to build advanced capability in conducting, interpreting and applying research. It combines a small coursework component (24 credit points) with a substantial supervised thesis (72 credit point research project). The program can also provide a pathway to higher degree research, including progression to a PhD, within arts, society and business disciplines. The programme strengthens research skills in organisational behaviour, strategy, and evidence-based management for scholarly and professional leadership.

Career outcome

Graduates are prepared for research-oriented roles where they design and deliver projects, analyse evidence and communicate findings to inform policy or practice.
