About the course
The Master of Philosophy (Business) is a research-focused postgraduate degree combining four coursework units with a substantial supervised research thesis. You will work closely with two university-based supervisors who support proposal development and guide the project through to examination. Designed for high-achieving graduates, the program can be completed full-time in 18 months (or part-time equivalent) and builds capability for independent scholarly research in business.
Career outcome
Graduates may pursue pathways into doctoral research, academic or policy-oriented roles, and research-led positions in government, consulting, industry and the not-for-profit sector. The degree develops advanced research design, analysis and scholarly writing skills applicable to evidence-based decision-making and evaluation work.
