About the course

Curtin’s Master of Philosophy (Accounting) is a higher degree by research that builds advanced knowledge beyond honours or a postgraduate diploma through an original thesis. Most of the program is dedicated to independent research, supported by supervision, with limited coursework if required. Graduates may be eligible to apply for entry to a PhD, developing rigorous research capability in accounting and related finance topics. The programme deepens research capability in financial analysis, governance, and quantitative methods for academic and professional practice.
