About the course
This 2-year full-time Master of Organisational Psychology develops advanced capability in applying psychology to workplace settings, focusing on employee wellbeing, work-related mental health and organisational effectiveness. You’ll build core competencies in diagnosing organisational issues, planning interventions, consultation, communication and managing change. The program uses a scientist–practitioner approach and includes supervised placements to build professional confidence for organisational psychology practice.

Graduates are prepared for roles applying psychological expertise in workplaces, supporting employee wellbeing and organisational performance. Career paths include organisational psychologist (after registration pathways), workplace wellbeing or mental health consultant, organisational development practitioner, change management specialist, learning and development specialist, talent assessment/selection specialist, and employee experience or HR advisory roles. The program supports progression toward general psychologist registration and specialist organisational psychology training.
