About the course

This Masters course will allow students to gain a sophisticated understanding of construction management, building surveying, valuation or property development in order to contribute to research in your field or develop your career prospects. Students are typically able to choose to undertake coursework only options or a minor thesis as part of the program.

Students can choose units of study such as investment trust analysis, real estate finance and taxation and project cost estimation control, including an option of undertaking placements for some courses.
