About the course
Bond University’s Master of Philosophy (MPhil) is a two-year research degree designed to build independent inquiry and advanced research capability, and can provide a pathway to PhD study. You complete extended, focused research (or a creative work) within your specialist area, supported by a close-knit HDR community, team-based supervision, and HDR Unit training and funding assistance. This is a master by research suited to an agreed specialist discipline area. The programme emphasises independent research, methodology, and thesis development aligned with the discipline's scholarly standards.
