About the course

The Master of Human Resource Management develops advanced capability for managing people and employment relations in complex organisations. You’ll study key HR functions within a strategic, contextual framework, with an emphasis on applying knowledge in practice, aligned to AHRI capabilities and Western graduate attributes. The course builds skills to analyse changing business environments and strengthen organisations for stakeholders in Australia and internationally as a master’s coursework qualification in human resource management.
