About the course
The Master of Naturopathic Medicine prepares students for entry into professional naturopathic medicine practice as a primary healthcare provider. You’ll develop skills to assess, plan, manage and help prevent disease and dysfunction using a patient-centred, holistic, integrated and evidence-based approach. The course builds clinical reasoning, critical thinking and research-informed practice, and includes 510 hours of professional experience placements in diverse clinical settings.
Career outcome
Graduates may pursue careers as naturopathic medicine practitioners working in private practice, integrative and complementary health clinics, and other multidisciplinary healthcare settings. The degree supports practice focused on patient-centred care across the lifespan, with skills in evidence-based clinical decision-making and health promotion. The program is a Master’s-level qualification in Health Sciences with substantial supervised placement experience. Preparing graduates for clinical leadership, health management, and advanced nursing or allied health specialist roles.
