About the course

This postgraduate major is designed for engineering graduates whose four-year undergraduate degree is not Engineers Australia accredited in a related discipline. It builds comprehensive mining engineering capability across mineral exploration, resource estimation, mine planning, development and management, with a strong focus on practical industry integration through Work Integrated Learning. You’ll also explore smart mining, sustainability and a two-semester research project in the final year.
