About the course

Melbourne Business School’s Master of Management provides foundational business training alongside specialist organisational management study, designed for students from both business and non-business backgrounds. The course emphasises practical learning through industry-based experiences such as internships or consulting projects with real companies, including opportunities in Melbourne and overseas. Students can tailor their studies with electives across disciplines such as entrepreneurship, international business, operations, sustainability and supply chain management.

What you might learn

Students will develop core management knowledge and capabilities to lead innovation and organisational change, motivate people, and build customer-oriented organisations. The program aims to strengthen practical problem-solving and consulting skills through applied projects and/or internships supported by academic and industry mentoring. Graduates will gain flexible, industry-relevant management skills suited to diverse sectors and roles.
