This course develops leadership and management capability for professionals working in healthcare settings. It covers organisational culture, workforce management, policy and planning, quality and safety, and leading change, with a focus on improving health service delivery. Students also complete an independent project and can select an elective to tailor learning. This is a Master coursework qualification in healthcare leadership and management. The programme builds executive-level capability in strategy, finance, operations, and organisational leadership for global business environments.

Graduates may pursue leadership and management roles across hospitals, community health, aged care, primary care and other health services. Entry requirements
