About the course
The Master of International Relations Extension (Public Health) builds advanced knowledge to respond to today’s complex, globalised environment. You will critically engage with key international relations theories and contemporary issues while developing analytical and policy-focused skills through elective subjects and a public health specialisation. This is a masters-level qualification in international relations with a public health focus. The programme develops advanced clinical reasoning, health leadership, and evidence-based practice for complex care environments.
Career outcome
Graduates may pursue roles where international policy and public health intersect, such as in government agencies, international organisations, NGOs and not-for-profits. The course supports work in policy analysis, international development, global health programs, advocacy, research and stakeholder engagement across domestic and international contexts.
