About the course

This master’s course develops advanced capability in managing people and employment relationships in contemporary workplaces. You’ll study talent attraction and retention, performance and motivation, workplace relations and the strategic role of HR in organisations. The degree builds practical, evidence-based skills for leading HR functions and advising managers in complex settings. This is a Master coursework program in human resources management. The programme builds executive-level capability in strategy, finance, operations, and organisational leadership for global business environments.

Career outcome

Graduates can pursue HR and workplace relations roles across private, public and not-for-profit organisations in Australia or internationally. Typical pathways include HR adviser/consultant, HR business partner, recruitment and talent manager, learning and development specialist, industrial/employment relations adviser, and people and culture roles supporting organisational change.
