About the course
Food studies and gastronomy master’s examining food culture, gastronomy and related industry practices. Develops critical perspectives and applied knowledge for food-focused sectors. The Master of Food Studies and Gastronomy (Full Time) (Masters) curriculum develops core academic skills, critical thinking, and discipline-specific foundations needed for progression into higher-level university study.
