About the course
The Master of Food and Packaging Innovation is an advanced interdisciplinary degree combining food science with entrepreneurship and innovation in product and packaging design. Developed in collaboration with the food and packaging industries, it exposes students to contemporary research and industry perspectives through guest lectures and applied learning. Students can tailor the course with electives spanning food science and commercialisation, with an option to undertake an industry internship.
