Master of Exercise Science (Research)

About the course

This research master develops advanced skills in clinical exercise physiology and applied exercise prescription for people with complex and chronic conditions, alongside research training in exercise science. You will complete coursework and a research internship in Murdoch’s Exercise Science Research program, then undertake a supervised research project addressing current issues such as performance optimisation or personalised rehabilitation. This is a Masters by research in Sports Science.

Graduates may pursue roles across public and private healthcare, sports academies, institutes of sport, sports science laboratories, and professional or community sporting organisations.
